Our Commercial Investigation team have many years of experience and have assisted in all types of cases over the years. All of our investigations are individually tailored for each individual client’s needs and wants.
We are fully aware of the need for information to keep your clients happy, and therefore, we will always give a phone update as things happen if that is what is needed.
Compensation Claims Investigation and
Accident Site Investigations
Our compensation claims investigation team are able to deal with all aspects of individual claims. We will visit any location in England & Wales to take site photographs, complete site reports and also to take statements from all parties involved, at their convenience.
This information is then put into a report before sending back to the client. All of this is done for an agreed fixed fee. This allows our clients to know before any instruction is given, how much our part of the case will cost.
Witness Statements
Our experienced team are able to take statements for our clients anywhere in the United Kingdom. Our team visit your subject at their convenience, as we know from experience that some events can be very stressful for your client.
We cover statements for all Litigation purposes; from Personal Injury to criminal matters. All relevant paperwork is completed specific to our client’s individual needs.
All of this is done on a fixed fee basis, so that our client knows the cost before any instruction is given.
Status / Pre-Sue Checks
This department has seen a huge increase in the last 12 months. We are able to provide our clients with information on an individual or a company, which would assist them in any litigation matter. We can provide you the information you need to decide if any claim is ready to be pursued or to be put on hold for the moment.
Our checks include all internal and external checks. We visit the area where your subject is known, to give you the most current information available.
This service is done on a fixed fee, so you know the exact cost before instruction.
Process Servicing
We have a long established process service team. All serves are dealt with by our own staff, and cover the whole of the UK. All our staff are fully trained in the actions required for each different process that needs serving.
Our team are dedicated to successful services and will make several attempts if needed, any where in the UK
All Affidavits and Statement of Services are done within 24 hours of our process server returning and are sent straight out.
Our standard service on all process services anywhere in the UK is all first visits are done within 5 working days of receipt.
We also offer an urgent service. This service will make sure that the first visit is done immediately. We will collect the papers from your office or from any court, and serve the same day.
We are now the preferred process serving company for many legal firms throughout the country.
Absconder Tracking
If your debtor is not responding, or you are receiving mail back, then our Absconder Tracing team are the people for you. All instructions are auctioned within 48 hours at the latest and if informed that your case is urgent, we can action your instruction within 1 hour of receipt.
Wills and Probate
When all lines of communication are being ignored, we can arrange for a personal visit. This service is now on the increase as we can gather further information whilst on location that would assist your case.
This service is also on a fixed fee, with all mileage included.
